保肝消脂冲剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(气滞湿阻证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察保肝消脂冲剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效。方法将符合入选标准病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组35例,服用保肝消脂冲剂,每日一剂,分两次温服;对照组30例,服用东宝肝泰片,每次3片,每日3次;两组均2个月为一疗程,均服用一个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后血清γ-GT、ALT、AST水平、临床症状与体征的变化。结果治疗组较对照组症状和体征积分下降均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组γ-GT、ALT、AST下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论保肝消脂冲剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝在降低γ-GT、ALT、AST,减轻临床症状、体征等方面,均明显优于对照组。Objective To observe the effect of Baoganxiaozhi Buffer of Non-alcohol fatty liver.Methods Case in accordance with the standard random number table to take control methods,divided into two groups,treatment group was 35 cases,Baoganxiaozhi Buffer was taken for 2 months.Control group was 30 cases,Dongbaogantai was taken for 2 months.Observe of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment serum liver function（γ-GT,ALT,AST）,clinical symptoms and signs of change.Results the two groups after treatment Syndrome total score,the signs and symptoms of integral points than before treatment were significantly lower （P0.05）,and the treatment group improved significantly.The two groups before and after treatment γ-GT,ALT,AST was significantly lower than the control group there were significant differences （P0.05）.Conclusion Baoganxiaozhi Buffer can significantly reduce patients with clinical symptoms and debase liver function（γ-GT,ALT,AST）.
