声带息肉术后口服中药“开音散”的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察声带息肉术后口服中药"开音散"的疗效。方法将声带息肉术后患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各90例。对照组术后给予静脉滴注头孢唑啉钠2.0g,每天2次,连用3d;并予普米克令舒1支雾化吸入,每天2次,每次15min,连用5d。治疗组除头孢唑啉钠静脉滴注和普米克令舒雾化吸入外,加"开音散"中药口服。结果两组总有效率比较P<0.05,两组治愈率比较P<0.05,治疗组的治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组。结论声带息肉术后,应考虑加中药口服联合治疗,以提高疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of vocal polyps operation by Chinese medicine Kaiyinsan.Methods Post-operation patients of vocal polyps were randomly divided into two groups,namely comparison group and treatment group,with 90 cases in each group.In comparison group 2.0g Cefazolin Sodium was injected 2 times each day for 3days,meanwhile one dose of Pulmicort was inhaled after being atomized,two times each day,15min each time,lasting for 5days.In treatment group,in addition to Cefazolin Sodium injection and inhaling of atomized Pulmicort,Chinese medicine Kaiyinsan was orally taken.Results Total effective rate comparison of 2 groups was P0.05.The curative ratio of 2 groups was P0.05.Both curative ratio and effective rate of treatment group were higher than comparison group.Conclusions After vocal polyp operation,combined therapy with above mentioned oral Chinese medicine should be considered to improve effectiveness of the treatment.
