配电网安全性评价指标与方法研究

摘　　要：在N-1+1安全的基础上,提出了一套较完整的配电网安全评价指标体系,该指标体系能够科学、全面地反映配电网的安全水平,为配电网的安全稳定运行提供决策依据。在此基础上,基于模糊综合评价法建立了配电网安全性评价模型。最后以辐射状的16母线系统为例,对本文提出的评价指标和综合模型进行验证,结果说明了所提指标体系的合理性和方法的实用性。This paper is based on the security rules of K（N-1＋1）,A relatively complete power grid security assessment index system is proposed.The proposed index system can reflect security level of power grid reasonably and overall to offer quantificational basis for drafting emergency measures for power grid security.Fuzzy Comprehensive model is used to evaluates the safety of distribution network.Finally,taking the radial 16 bus test system for example,the reasonableness and practicability of the proposed index system and method are verified.
