铁路隧道弹性整体道床施工流程与工艺要点

摘　　要：我国铁路运营里程较以往有了较大的发展,但路网布局不均衡,主要集中在中东部地区,今后的建设重点将会逐渐向西部扩展;结合目前的隧道设计与施工技术水平,西部铁路建设过程中将包含大量的长大隧道以及特长隧道,这些隧道中需要铺设越来越多的整体道床,以提高铁路运营的质量以及速度。为此结合以往铁路隧道施工实践,总结了铁路隧道弹性整体道床施工作业流程以及操作要点,可为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。China has made great progress in railway operating mileage over the past,but the layout of network is unevenly distributed,mainly concentrated in the central and eastern,focus of development will gradually shift to the western in the future.Based on the current techniques of tunnel design and construction,since a lot of long tunnels and super tunnels will be involved,more and more of the elastic monolithic roadbed are needed to improve the quality and speed.The article summarized the process flow and operation point for elastic monolithic roadbed of railway tunnel in combination with the past practice of the railway tunnel construction,which can provide reference for construction of similar projects.
