摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定黄连上清丸中栀子苷的含量。方法:采用ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长238 nm。结果:在0.8～8μg具有良好的线性,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.86%。结论:该法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为黄连上清丸中栀子苷的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish a method for the determination of Geniposide in Huanglian Shangqing Pills by HPLC. Methods： The chromatographic conditions were C18 column, acetonitrile-water（ 15：85 ） as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results：A linear range was 0. 8 -8 μg and the mean recovery was 97.6% with RSD 1.86%. Conclusion： The method appeared simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Huanglian Shangqing Pills.
