皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗电弧光烧伤创面的临床体会

摘　　要：目的总结我院治疗电弧光烧伤的临床经验,提高其治疗水平。方法采用皮肤原位再生复原技术处理191例电弧光烧伤创面,以创面愈合情况来评定临床疗效。结果 191例电弧光烧伤患者的创面全部自行愈合。结论皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗电弧光烧伤创面可促进创面愈合,减少瘢痕形成,缩短住院时间,是治疗电弧光烧伤的理想方法之一。Objective Summarize tie clinieal experience of electrical burn treatment in our hospital in order to improve the therapeutic effects. Methods Adopt skin regenerative therapy in the treatment of l9l eases of eleetrical burn, evaluate clinical efficacy based on status of wound healing. Results The 191 eases of eleetrieal burn wounds all healed. Conclusion Skin regenerative therapy is an ideal approach for the treatment of electrical hurn since it protnotes wound healing, reduces scar formation, and shortens the time of hospitalizatitm.
