摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗婴幼儿烧伤的临床效果。方法将60例不同面积及深度的婴幼儿烧伤创面应用MEBO治疗,其中5例深度烧伤创面采用了手术植皮治疗,并对其疗效进行观察评价。结果随访60例患者3个月至2年,创面愈合处无瘢痕增生或仅有轻度瘢痕增生,无关节部位瘢痕挛缩所致的功能障碍,治疗过程中疼痛轻,痛苦小。结论 MEBO用于婴幼儿烧伤治疗,可以减轻痛苦,难以愈合的创面可配合手术治疗,疗效满意。Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of infant burn. Methods A total of 60 cases of infant burn with different size and degree all received MEBO, 5 cases of severe burn received skin transplanta- tion, and efficacy was also observed and evaluated. Results The 3 months to 2 years Jbllow up of 60 patients revealed no scar hypertrophy or mild hypertrophy, no joint contracture induced dysfunction with less pain during treatment. Conclusion MEBO has good therapeutic effects in the treatment of infant burn with pain alleviation; difficult to healing wound can also be curecd by combining surgical procedures.
