美宝湿润烧伤膏联合艾洛松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察美宝湿润烧伤膏联合艾洛松乳膏与单独使用艾洛松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效比较。方法联合治疗组:白天外涂美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗3次,晚睡前外涂艾洛松乳膏治疗1次;艾洛松乳膏组:晚睡前外涂艾洛松乳膏1次,两组分别于用药7 d后观察疗效。结果联合组76例患儿,痊愈率80.3%,显效率17.1%,有效率2.6%,无效率0%。艾洛松乳膏组57例患儿,痊愈率43.9%,显效率28.1%,有效率12.3%,无效率15.8%。结论美宝湿润烧伤膏联合艾洛松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效优于单纯艾洛松乳膏。Objective To compare the efficacy of MEBO comhined with Mometasone Furoate （MF） Cream and Monetasone Furoate Cream alone in the treatment of infant eczema. Methods Combined treatment group： topically use MEBO 3 times in tile day time and Mometasone Furoatc Cream once before going to bed ervery day; Mometasone Furoate Cream group： topically used betbre going to bed once a day . Therapeutic effects were observed 7 days after drug treatment. Results For the 76 patients in combined treatment group, the healing rate is 80. 3% , the significantly effective rate is 17.1% , the effective rate is 2.6% , the ineffective rate is 0% , and the total effective rate is 97.4%. For 57 patients in Mometasone Furoate Cream group, the recovery rate is 43.9% , the significantly eifective rate is 28. 1% , the effective rate is 12. 3% , the inefl^ective rate is 15.8% , and the total effective rate is 71.9%. Conclusion The efficacy of MEBO com- bined with Mumetasone Furoate Cream group is better than Mometasone Furoate Cream alone.
