摘　　要：简要介绍了可靠性强化试验的概念及基本原理。以某型机载激光捷联惯导电子部件的可靠性强化试验为例,阐述了可靠性强化试验的全过程及有关的试验方法,在此基础上为机载高可靠产品可靠性保障提供了一个新的试验手段。The concept and principle of reliability enhanced test are briefly introduced.With an air-borne laser strapdown inertial navigation electronic part as an example,the procedure and related techniques of the reliability enhanced test are illustrated to provide a new testing technique for assuring high reliability air-borne products.
