摘　　要：一徐国铜器铭文研究由于徐国史料的匮乏，徐国铜器铭文作为第一手资料，对研究徐国的历史文化有着至关重要的作用。20世纪30年代，郭沫若对徐国铜器铭文作了初步整理［1］，其《两周金文辞大系图录考释》收录七件具铭徐器。1990年代初，董楚平对徐国铜器铭文作了较系统的整理[2]Utilizing mainly the bronzes recently unearthed from the tombs on Mounds Nos.2 and 3 and so on in the Jiunüdun Royal Cemetery of the Xu State in Pizhou City,Jiangsu Province,with the references of other inscribed bronzes of the Xu State,this paper makes a systematic collection and sorting to the bronze inscriptions and bronze clusters of the Xu State and preliminary periodization,dating and verification work to them.Through the comparative studies with the grave goods unearthed from the Jiunüdun Royal Cemetery,this paper discusses the state attribution of some tombs in disagreement,such as Tomb No.306 in Shaoxing,Zhejiang and the tombs of the Spring-and-Autumn Period at Beishanding in Dantu,Jiangsu,and suggests that the occupants of these tombs would be from the Xu State.Moreover,this paper also makes verification work to some inscribed bronzes such as the zhengcheng-bell made by Yu Ran余冉 and the Bell of Juchao巢 and confirmed that they were the bronzes of the Xu State through the comprehensive comparison in the aspects of shapes,decorative patterns and the styles of the inscriptions of them and the typical bronzes of the Xu State.Referring to the bronze inscriptions,this paper restores the royal lineage of the Xu State,analyzes the characteristics of the bronze inscriptions of the Xu State,and summarizes the bronze assemblages,features of the decorative patterns and bronze types.This paper also analyzes the diversified cultural elements reflected in the bronzes of the Xu State,and suggests that the bronze culture of the Xu State was a culture with clear regional styles and zeitgeist created by the Xu people living in the Huai River Valley based on the aboriginal Yi culture while absorbed the essences of the cultures of the Central Plains and the Wu and Yue areas.
