三种慢性前列腺炎ⅢA型联合治疗方法的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎（chronicprostatitis，CP）标准化治疗方案。方法228例ⅢA型CP患者，随机分为口服药物＋前列腺按摩（A组），直肠微波治疗＋肛塞给药（B组）和直肠微波＋前列腺按摩（c组）。观察比较三组治疗前后国际CP症状评分（NIH—CPSI）、疼痛症状评分及疗效。结果A、B、C组的总有效率分别为39．3％、76．5％、81．6％。3组患者治疗后的NIH-CPSI评分和疼痛症状评分B、C组较A组改善更为显著（P〈0．05）。结论直肠微波联合前列腺按摩或肛塞给药治疗ⅢA型CP，有利于改善前列腺血液循环，减轻炎症，消除症状，可提高治疗ⅢA型CP的总有效率。Objectives To invetigate the therapeutic effect of three combinationtherapies for obtaining a standard therapeutic method for type ⅢA chronic prostatitis. Methods Total 228 patients with type IIIn chronic prostatitis were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into group A （84 patients, oral medication plus prostate massage）, group B （68 patients, transrectal microwave and suppositories） and group C （76 patients with transrectal microwave and prostate massage）. NIH-CPSI grades, pain grades and the curative effects were comparatively analyzed before and after treatment among three groups. Results The effective rate for group A, B and C were 39.3%, 76：5% and 81.6%, respectively. The NIH-CPSI grades and pain grades were improved after treatment in all 3 groups, of which group B and group C were improved significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transrectal microwave plus suppositories or plus prostate massage were effective for type ⅢA chronic prostatitis through improving the circulation of prostate, alleviat- ing inflammation and modifing symptoms.
