摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下麦默通在非哺乳期乳腺炎治疗中的应用价值。方法 32例经穿刺抽吸或穿刺活检诊断为非哺乳期乳腺炎的女性患者,在超声引导下使用麦默通行乳腺炎病灶微创清除术。结果 32例患者共旋切36处病灶,超声均能清晰显示病灶微创旋切及脓液抽吸全过程。术后复查有2例2个病灶未被完整切除,完整切除率94.4%,1例患者创面血肿形成。32例患者病理结果阳性率100%。结论声引导麦默通治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎具有定位切除准确、病理诊断率高、创伤小、疗效好、操作简单、安全等优点,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the value of application of ultrasound-guided Mammotome system in treatment of non-lactation mastitis. Methods The micro-invasive operations for 36 breast lesions in 32 patients confirmed by bi- opsy were performed by ultrasound-guided Mammotome system. Results All the operations were accomplished by ul- trasound-guided Mammotome system. There were 2 cases found with postive margins for inflammatory granulomatous tissue and 1 patient had postoperative haematoma. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided Mammotome system can be used in treatment of non-lactation mastitis,it is an elective technique with micro-invasion.
