斑点追踪显像技术评价急性心肌梗死患者左心房功能

摘　　要：目的探讨斑点追踪显像技术(STI)评价急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者左心房功能的价值。方法 29例AMI患者[A组(LVEF≥45%)15例和B组(LVEF<45%)14例]与30例对照者,应用STI技术获取左心房前壁、下壁、侧壁、房间隔的应变率曲线。结果与对照组比较,AMI组的mSRs及mSRe降低,mSRa升高;与A组相比,B组mSRe降低,mSRa升高;AMI组的mSRe和mSRa均呈显著负相关。结论 AMI患者左心房的储蓄功能和管道功能减低,辅泵功能增加;STI技术能够评价左心房功能,为临床提供有价值的信息。Objective To assess the clinical value of speckle tracking imaging（STI） in detecting left atrial （LA） function in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. Methods 29 patients with AMI were divided into two groups ： group A（LVEF≥45 %, n = 15） and group B （LVEF〈 45 %, n =14）. 30 matched subjects were also included. The strain rate curve was acquired in each LA segment （anterior,inferior,lateral and septal） by STI. Results mSRs, mSRe of AMI were significantly lower than those of controls,while mSRa of AMI were significantly higher than those of controls. Compared with group A, mSRe of group B was significantly lower,mSRa of group B was signific＇antly higher, mSRa correlated inversely with mSRe of AMI. Conclusions The reservoir and conduit functions of AMI decreased and pump function increased. STI could evaluate the left atrial function and provide important clinical information.
