摘 要:以碱土金属碳酸盐为基质,稀土Eu3+作为发光中心,通过微波辅助共沉淀法合成MCO3:Eu3+(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)红色荧光粉。采用PL-PLE、XRD、SEM、IR和激光粒度仪对样品的发光性能、结构、形貌和粒度进行表征。结果表明,电荷迁移带(CTB)随着M2+半径的增加逐渐红移,在393 nm激发下,样品SrCO3:Eu3+在614 nm处的发光强度最大。Eu3+作为发光中心完全进入到基质MCO3的晶格中。CaCO3:Eu3+呈类球形结构,团聚较严重;SrCO3:Eu3+呈表面光滑的类球形结构,分散性很好,没有团聚现象;BaCO3:Eu3+呈微针状结构。Using alkaline metal carbonate matrix and Eu3+ as luminescent center,a series of MCO3∶Eu3+(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)red phosphor powder was synthesized by microwave assisted co-precipitation method.The spectrum properties,morphology,structure and particle size were characterized by photoluminescence and photo-luminescence excitation(PL-PLE) spectra,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared pectrophotometer(IR) and laser diffraction particle size analyzer,respectively.The results showed that Charge Transfer Belt(CTB) gradually redshift with as the M2+ radius increasing.In 393 nm excitation,614 nm emission intensity with the increase of M2+ radius enhanced first,then slashed.Luminous intensity of SrCO3∶Eu3+ is the largest.Eu3+ as luminous center fully come into the MCO3 matrix crystal lattices.CaCO3∶Eu3+ had spherical structure,reunion was serious;SrCO3∶Eu3+ had smooth surface and spherical structure,the dispersion was very good,no reunion phenomenon;BaCO3∶Eu3+ had micro needle-like structure.
