摘 要:锆合金具有密排六方结构,晶体对称性低,优先滑移系数目较少,变形机制较为复杂。本文利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了变形锆合金晶粒内部取向差轴(in-grain misorientation axes,简称IGMA)的分布规律。研究结果表明,c轴平行于TD或向TD倾斜的晶粒,IGMA集中分布在〈0001〉轴附近,其变形机制以柱面滑移为主;c轴平行于ND的晶粒,〈0001〉轴附近的IGMA密度较低,变形过程中锥面滑移起重要作用。除了晶体取向影响,变形机制还可能受到晶粒约束条件的影响。The deformation mechanism of Zr alloy became very complex due to its hexagonal close packed structure,low symmetry and limited primary slip systems.The distribution characteristics of in-grain misorientation(IGMA) in cold rolled Zr-Sn-Nb alloy were investigated by means of the electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD).The results show that when the grains with c axes are paralleled or tilted to TD,the IGMA distribution is concentrated around the 〈0001〉 axis,indicating that the grain is mainly deformed by prism slip.When the grains with c axes are paralleled or tilted to ND,the IGMA density near the 〈0001〉 axis is weak,indicating that the pyramidal slip plays an important role during the plastic deformation.Beside the grains' orientation,the deformation mechanism of the grains may be affected by the constriction condition.
