摘 要:克拉玛依油田六中区克拉玛依下亚组油藏属于普通稠油油藏,地层水中的内源微生物含量较为丰富,具有较好的内源微生物驱油潜力。在现场试验中,检测油井采出液中的总菌和内源菌浓度,总菌浓度提高1~3个数量级,内源菌数提高1~5个数量级,试验后采出液中的醋酸根离子浓度大幅度提高,碳酸氢根离子浓度也明显升高,表明油藏中的内源微生物明显被激活,产生了很好的激活效果。The T2k1 reservoir in District mid-6 of Karamay field is a general heavy oil reservoir.The geological study showed that the reservoir conditions were suitable for the microbial growth,and the endogenous microbes in the produced water of the wells are abundant,with a good potential for the endogenous microbial flooding.In the activating field test of the endogenous microbes,the total bacteria concentration and the endogenous microbe numbers are increased by 1~3 magnitudes and 1~5 magnitudes,respectively.The concentrations of the acetate ions and bicarbonate ions in the produced fluid from the wells are increased substantially and obviously after the test.These indicate the endogenous microbes in the reservoir were activated distinctly,giving rise to very good activating effects.
