摘　　要：目的:观察、分析鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效及基层医院推广价值。方法:采用鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎48例51眼。结果:对48例51眼术后1年内进行随访,其中45眼治愈,4眼有效,2眼无效,治愈率88%,总有效率96%。结论:鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效确切,简单易行,费用低,基层医院值得推广。Objective： Observing and analyzing nasolacrimal duct retrograde silicone tube with spherical end method to cure chronic dacryocystitis clinical efficacy and promotional value in primary hospital.Methods： Using nasolacrimal duct retrograde implanting silicone tube with spherical end method to cure chronic dacryocystitis to operate 48 surgeries with 51 eyes.Results： Visit the 48 surgeries with 51 eyes one year later,45 eyes are cured,4 eyes are effective and 2 eyes are invalid.The cured ratio is 88% and the total efficient ratio is 96%.Conclusion： Nasolacrimal duct retrograde implantation of the ball head silicone tube for chronic dacryocystitis method is efficient,easy to operate and economical,so it worth being promoted in primary hospitals
