伊布利特治疗房颤患者的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:通过对使用伊布利特治疗房颤患者观察,给予及时正确护理。方法:遵医嘱采用30 min内静脉滴注1mg伊布利特,间隔10min,若未出现停止给药指标,再于10min内静脉注射1mg,静脉用药过程中严密观察血压、心率及心律变化。结果:28例房颤患者中22例转为窦性心律,未发生任何并发症,有效率为78.6%。结论:在使用伊布利特治疗房颤患者时要达到起效快,安全性高,必须严密观察及时护理。Objection： Purpose： Observing the treatment to Atrial fibrillation patient with Ibutilide,finding the right way to give timely and effective nursing.Methods： According to the doctor＇s advice,intravenous infusing 1 mg Ibutilide within 30 minutes,and after 10 minutes,if there is no index that showing have to stop the medicine providing,infusing 1 mg more within 10 minutes.Carefully observing the blood pressure,heart rhythm and heart rate change during the intravenous infusion.Results： Among the observed 28 Atrial fibrillation patients,22 of them has turned to sinus heart rhythm and without any syndrome,effective rate is high to 78.6%.Conclusion： to achieve speedy effective and high level safety,close observation and duly nursing should be applied when using Ibutilide for Atrial fibrillation patients.
