泌尿系细菌L型感染的临床特点及护理

摘　　要：目的通过对泌尿系细菌L型感染的临床特点进行分析,探讨全程护理干预在泌尿系细菌L型感染治疗过程中的作用与价值。方法对2006年1月-2009年12月在内分泌肾病科诊治的81例泌尿系细菌L型或细菌伴L型感染的肾盂肾炎患者,对其临床表现、病原菌群分布、致病性等特点进行分析,给予长程抑菌治疗,并实施全程护理干预,包括心理护理、提高治疗依从性,并指导患者正确留取尿标本,多饮水及进行功能锻炼等护理干预措施。结果在有效地护理干预下,81例患者治疗依从性明显提高,积极配合治疗,其中72例6个月治愈,9例1年内治愈。结论进行全程护理干预,规范化管理、提高治疗依从性是泌尿系细菌L型感染治疗过程中不可或缺的部分,是控制泌尿系细菌L型感染的重要保障。Objective To discuss the function and value of whole course nursing invention in patients with urinary L-form bacterial infection by analyzing its clinical characteristics.Methods Eighty one patients with acute pyelonephritis,who are infected by L-form bacteria or by bacteria with L from Jan.2006 to Dec.2009,were studied to analyze the characteristics of clinical characteristics,pathogen group of distribution and pathogenicity.Long-term antibacterial treatment was given,and whole course nursing invention was implemented including psychological nursing and improving therapeutic compliance.Patients were instructed by nursing intervention measures such as keeping properly urine samples and drinking more water.Results The therapeutic compliance of all patients was improved obviously.72 patients were cured in six months and 9 patients cured in a year.Conclusion Whole course nursing invention,standardized management and improved therapeutic compliance are indispensable parts in the treatment of urinary L-form bacterial infection,and also the important guarantee to control urinary L infection.
