摘 要:本方法研究了采用沉淀分离手段在氨性条件下分离大量的铒基体以排除铒对钨的干扰。优化选择了氨水用量和温度对沉淀反应的影响、同位素的选择等条件,考察了内标元素以及分离后铒残留浓度对ICP-MS测定的影响,建立了沉淀分离-ICP-MS测定金属铒中钨的方法。方法测定下限为:0.01μg/g,RSD<5.0%,加标回收率在94.0-106.3%之间。方法已用于实际样分析。Experimental conditions that a great deal of erbium matrices were separated as well as trace W was concentrated in ammonia solutions by precipitation separation were studied.Many conditions such as ammonia volume,temperature and Isotope selection were optimized and the influence of internal standard elements and erbium residual concentration on ICP-MS were also investigated.The determination limits for W was 0.01μg/g,the precision of RSD was less than 5.0% and the recoveries of standard addition were between 94.0%~106.3%.The method has been applied to red samples analysis with satisfactory results.
