高速机床导轨防护罩伸缩机构的动态响应分析

摘　　要：根据国家"高档数控机床与基础制造装备"科技重大专项课题的要求,研制出一种用于高速机床导轨防护装置的快速伸缩机构。利用ANSYS WORKBENCH分析软件对快速伸缩机构进行有限元建模,并且进行瞬态动力学分析,得出伸缩机构的杆件几何尺寸对其工作响应能力的影响。According to the ＂Slap-up CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment＂ special issue of major scientific and technological requirements, a rapid stretching organization which is used in the protective device for high-speed rail was designed. The 3D model and transient dynamics analysis of the organization was made with analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH. The influence that the organization＇ s working capacity respond to the bar length and section size was concluded.
