摘 要:目的研究黄芩苷体外抗氧化作用。方法取不同浓度的黄芩苷溶液,采用DPPH法测定黄芩苷自由基清除能力,用试剂盒测定黄芩苷抗超氧阴离子和总抗氧化能力,通过检测尿酸生成来测定黄芩苷对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的影响等。结果黄芩苷具有显著的总抗氧化能力,且呈明显的量效关系;黄芩苷对自由基和超氧阴离子有较好的清除能力;另外,黄芩苷对黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)有抑制作用,黄嘌呤氧化酶催化黄嘌呤氧化生成尿酸的含量随黄芩苷浓度升高而降低。结论黄芩苷可以直接清除自由基、超氧阴离子等氧自由基,抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性,是良好的抗氧化剂。Objective To explore the antioxidation of baicalin in vitro.Methods The free radical scavenging effects of different concentrations of baicalin were measured with DPPH method.The total antioxidation capability and superoxide anion resistance were detected by kits.The effect of baicalin on xanthine oxidase activity was measured by detecting the content of uric acid produced in xanthine/xanthine oxidase system.Results The total antioxidatve capability of baicalin was significant and showed obvious dose-effect relationship.Baicalin could scavenge free radical and superoxide anion;in addition,it could inhibit the activity of xanthine oxidase,and the content of uric acid,produced in xanthine/xanthine oxidase system,continuously reduced following increasing baicalin concentrations.Conclusion Baicalin is a good antioxidant,which can not only scavenge free radical and superoxide anion directly,but also inhibit xanthine oxidase activity.
