蒽酮-硫酸法测定六味地黄生物制剂中多糖含量的研究

摘　　要：目的六味地黄生物制剂中多糖含量的测定方法。方法以蒽酮-硫酸比色法,检测波长为625 nm,用葡萄糖为对照品对六味地黄生物制剂中多糖的含量进行测定。结果葡萄糖对照品溶液在6.04～48.32μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=15.813C+0.033 1(r=0.997 7),平均回收率为100.01%(n=6),RSD为1.12%。结论该方法灵敏度高,准确度高,简单易行,适用于六味地黄生物制剂中多糖含量的测定。Objective To establish anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetric method for the determination of polysaccharides in LW metabolized by PSB.Methods The content of polysaccharides was measured by anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetric method with glucose as the standard.The detection wavelength was at 625 nm.Results The glucose control solution had a good linearity in the range of 6.04～48.32 μg/ml.The linear regression standard curve was A = 15.813C ＋0.0331（r = 0.997 7）.The mean recovery rate was 100.01% and the RSD was 1.12%.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate,specific and reproducible.It can be used for determination of polysaccharide content in LW metabolized by PSB.
