摘  要:目的优选锦灯笼总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以锦灯笼总黄酮的提出量为评价指标,以提取次数、提取时间、固液比为考察因素,采用正交实验法优选锦灯笼总黄酮的提取工艺。结果优化的提取条件为80%乙醇回流提取2次,2 h/次,固液比为1∶8。结论优化的提取工艺简便、合理,可为锦灯笼总黄酮工业化提取提供参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of the total flavonoids from Calyx Seu Fructus Physalis.Methods The extraction technology of total flavonoids from Calyx Seu Fructus Physalis was optimized by orthogonal experiment with yield of total flavonoids as index and with the extraction times,extraction time,the ratio of solid to liquid as factors.Results The optimum extration conditions for total flavonoids from Calyx Seu Fructus Physalis were as that the reflux extraction was conducted twice(2 hour/time)with 80% ethanol as solvent,and the ratio of solid to solution was 1:8.Conclusion The optimum extraction technology is simple and reasonable,and it serves as a good reference for the extration process of total flavonoids from Calyx Seu Fructus Physalis.
