摘　　要：目的研究HH胶囊体外抗2.2.15细胞乙肝病毒作用。方法 HepG2.2.15是最常用的乙肝病毒感染的体外实验模型,用不同浓度的HH胶囊干预2.2.15细胞,用CCK-8检测药物细胞毒性,酶联免疫法检测乙肝病毒表面抗原(HB-sAg)和乙肝病毒e抗原(HBeAg),荧光定量聚合酶链反应法检测乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV DNA)。结果 HH胶囊可以不同程度降低细胞外HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV DNA及细胞内HBV DNA,此作用具有时间和药物浓度依赖性。结论 HH胶囊具有良好的抗HBV作用。Objective To study the anti-hepatitis B virus effect of HH Capsules on 2.2.l5 cell line in vitro.Methods HepG2.2.15 cells are the most common model of hepatitis B virus（HBV）infection in vitro,HH Capsules with different concentrations was used to treat 2.2.15 cells,CCK-8 was used to detect drug toxicity.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect hepatitis B virus surface antigen（HBsAg）and hepatitis B virus e antigen（HBeAg）,hepatitis B virus DNA（HBV DNA） of 2.2.15 cells was observed by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results To different degree,HH capsules reduced the quantity of extracellular HBsAg,HbeAg,HBV DNA and the intracellular HBV DNA in a time and dose-dependent manner.Conclusion HH capsules has definite anti-HBV effect.
