摘　　要：目的建立酢浆草药材中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法在国内首次以异荭草素为标准品,采用分光光度法测定酢浆草药材中总黄酮的含量。结果异荭草素在10.096～80.768μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为99.8%,RSD为1.35%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于酢浆草药材的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of total flavonoid content in Herba Oxalidis Corniculatae.Methods In China for the first time the content of total flavonoid in Herba Oxalidis Corniculatae was determined by colorimetric method with isoorientin as a standard product.Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 10.096～80.768μg/ml.The average recoveries（n=6） was 99.8%,with RSD of 1.35%.Conclusion The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used to determine the content of total flavonoid in Herba Oxalidis Corniculatae.
