摘  要:目的比较不同干燥方法对决明子配方颗粒蒽醌含量的影响。方法对决明子提取液分别采用喷雾干燥、真空干燥和冷冻干燥的方法,以总蒽醌、游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的含量为测定指标,考察3种干燥工艺的影响。对决明子配方颗粒总蒽醌含量测定进行方法学考察。结果喷雾干燥配方颗粒的吸湿性和水溶性均优于真空干燥和冷冻干燥,而真空干燥和冷冻干燥配方颗粒总蒽醌的含量相近且高于喷雾干燥。结论考虑配方颗粒的特点,选择喷雾干燥作为制备决明子配方颗粒的干燥方法;决明子配方颗粒总蒽醌含量测定方法稳定、可靠。Objective To compare the effect of different drying methods on anthraquinone content in Semen Cassiae prescription granules.Methods Semen Cassiae extract was dried by spray drying,vacuum drying and freeze drying,respectively.The three drying methods were compared by determination of total,dissociative and conjugated anthraquinones.In this paper,the determination of total anthraquinone in Semen Cassiae prescription granules was studied.Results The water absorption and water soluble capability of prescription granules treated with spray drying were better than those through vacuum drying and freeze drying.The total anthraquinone content of vacuum drying granules approached the freeze drying granules,but they were higher than spray drying granules.Conclusion Considering the features of prescription granules,spray drying is the best method for Semen Cassiae prescription granules,and the method of total anthraquinone determination is stable and reliable.
