摘　　要：目的通过对已有"十八反"化学研究的分析,提出新的研究思路。方法分析已有"十八反"化学研究特点,归纳存在问题,探讨"十八反"新研究方法。结果缺少不同类成分配比的"十八反"研究,应建立配伍数据库,与药理研究结合,探讨含"十八反"中药复方的配伍化学特点。结论探讨"十八反"是否相反的化学机制。Objective To provide the new research ideas by analyzing ＂Shibafan＂ chemical research data.Methods Analyzing characteristics of the chemical research on ＂Shibafan＂,generalizing present problems,and exploring new research methods.Results The lack of ratio studies on different types of chemical composition.It is necessary to establish databases on compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore the chemical characteristics of compatibility on Chinese herbal compound with ＂Shibafan＂ combined with the pharmacological studies.Conclusion The chemical mechanism on ＂Shibafan＂ was explored.
