摘 要:目的综述化学药、中药缓释制剂的药动学研究进展,为开展中药缓释制剂设计提供参考。方法综述液相色谱法、离子选择电极法、气相色谱法、质谱联用技术以及串联质谱法等在化学药缓释制剂药动学中的应用;中药单体、中药有效部位、中药复方缓释制剂的药动学研究进展。结果化学药检测限越来越低;中药缓释制剂常应用血药浓度法和药理效应法进行药动学的研究。结论现代分析技术可以更加准确、稳定地测定化学药的血药浓度;血药浓度法和药理效应法对测定中药缓释制剂药动学具有针对性。化学药缓释制剂药动学文献资料可指导中药缓释制剂药动学研究。Objective To review the latest progress of pharmacokinetic study on sustained-release preparation of chemical drugs and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),in order to provide a reference for design of sustained-release preparation of TCM.Methods The paper reviewed the use of HPLC,Ion-selective electrode,GC,LC/MS,LC/MS/MS in the pharmacokinetic study on sustained-release preparation of chemical drugs and the pharmacokinetic studies in effective parts,single drug,and compound drugs of TCM.Results Chemical drugs get lower and lower limits of detection;blood concentrations and pharmacological effects of sustained-release preparation of TCM in the pharmacokinetics study.Conclusion Modern analytical techniques can be more accurate and stable in the measurement of blood concentration of chemical drugs;Plasma concentration method and pharmacological effects of sustained-release preparation can be adopted to determine the pharmacokinetics of TCM;Chemical drugs pharmacokinetics of sustained-release formulations literature can guide pharmacokinetics of sustained-release preparations of Chinese medicine research.
