摘 要:目的了解川西獐牙菜醇提水沉部位抗CCl4诱导大鼠肝损伤性黄疸的保肝作用。方法设置空白对照组(20 ml/kg BW蒸馏水)、模型对照组(20 ml/kg BW蒸馏水)、低浓度川西獐牙菜醇提水沉部位组(0.9 g/kg BW),高浓度川西獐牙菜醇提水沉部位组(1.8 g/kg BW)、阳性对照组(80 mg/kg BW联苯双酯),灌胃大鼠8d。末次给药2 h后,除空白对照组,其余各组腹腔注射0.6 ml/kg BW CCl4,建立大鼠肝损伤性黄疸模型;禁食22 h后,腹动脉采血,检测血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、总胆红素(TBIL)和胆汁酸(TBA)的含量。结果川西獐牙菜醇提水沉部位可以显著降低血清ALT和AST活性,TBIL和TBA的含量,并且给药量在0.9 g/kg BW和1.8 g/kg BW时保肝活性具有一定的剂量关系。结论川西獐牙菜的醇提水沉部位对CCl4诱导的肝损伤性黄疸具有显著的降酶退黄功效。Objective To study the hepatoprotective effects of alcohol extraction-water precipitation fraction(AEWPF) from Swertia mussotii Franch.against CCl4-induced hepato-injured jaundice.Methods Normal group was treated with 20ml/kg BW distilled water for 8 days orally and control group was similarly treated as normal group.Rats were treated with AEWPF at doses of 0.9 g/kg BW and 1.8 g/kg BW orally once daily for 8 days.Positive group was treated with 80 mg/kg BW bifendate for 8 days.On the 8th day,CCl4 0.6 ml/kg BW was administered by intraperitoneal injection to all rats except normal group,for building the model of CCl4-induced hepato-injured jaundice in rats.22 h after the last dose,all rats were sacrificed for detecting the serum levels of ALT,AST,TBA and TBIL.Results AEWPF could decrease the serum aminotransferase activities in CCl4-induced hepato-injured jaundice rats in dose-dependent manner.Conclusion The AEWPF from Swertia mussotii possesses the hepatoprotective effects against CCl4-induced hepato-injured jaundice.
