摘　　要：目的建立快速测定龙胆药材中马钱酸、獐牙菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Kinetex C18(4.6mm×100 mm,2.6μm),Phenomen;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(5.0:95.0),流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:240 nm;柱温为40℃。结果马钱酸在0.404 8～3.238 4 mg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.60%,RSD=1.39%(n=6);结论建立的方法可以控制龙胆质量,操作简单,结果准确,方法可行。Objective To develop a method for the determination of loganic acid,swertiamarin and gentiopicroside in Radix Gentiana scabra Bge.by HPLC.Methods Kinetex C18（4.6 mm×100 mm,2.6 μm）was adopted,the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphorylation（5.0∶95.0）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 240 nm,and the temperature was 40℃.Results This method had good linearity within the range of 0.404 8～3.238 3 mg/ml,and the average recovery was 102.09 % with RSD of 1.68%for swertiamarin.It had good linearity within the range of 0.322～5.152 mg/ml,and the average recovery was 100.60% with RSD of 1.39% for loganic acid.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Radix Gentiana scabra Bge.
