摘　　要：在合理使用专家的数学理论中,专家的可信度是一个重要的概念,首先专家意见的可信程度是客观存在和可以测定的,同时专家又是各行各业不同领域中有各自不同专业的专家。所以测定不同领域专家的可信度有较大的难度。研究该问题是个既有理论意义又有使用价值的科学问题。文章通过对医学领域中某一方面的专家的可信度的研究分析,从理论上得出测定其专家可信度的理论和方法,进而为一般专家可信度的测定理论和方法奠定基础。In the mathematical theory of the rational use of experts,the reliability of experts is an important concept.First of all,the reliability of expert opinion is an objective existence and can be measured,while there have their own experts in different professions in all walks of life.Therefore,the determination of the reliability of experts in different fields is difficult.The study of this issue is a scientific issue which has both theoretical significance and use value.In this paper,the theory and method for determining the experts＇ reliability is given by the research and analysis of experts＇ reliability on one aspect of the medical field,and then to lay the foundation for the determination theory and method of the general experts＇ reliability.
