摘　　要：目的了解脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)分子标记在中药材中的应用进展,对其在藻类、菌类、种子植物和动物类药材中的鉴定、遗传多样性研究、物种进化和亲缘关系的确定等方面进行综述,为中药材的研究提供新的方法和指导。方法对近几年来国内外该领域相关文献资料检索、分析、整理和总结。结果 DNA分子标记在该领域中有广泛的应用,给中药材的生产开发注入了新的活力,具有广阔的应用前景。结论 DNA分子标记作为中药材研究还有待发展和完善。Objective To understand the application of DNA molecular markers in Chinese medicinal material,summarize its uses in algae,fungi,spermatophyte and animal medicines＇ identification,genetic diversity,species evolution and phylogenetic relationships,etc.,supply reference for research and developing of Chinese medicinal materia.Methods Retrieval,analyze,collae and summarize literatures in rencent years at home and abroad.Results DNA molecular marker has a broad prospect,providing a new and reliable method for medicinal plants research.Conclusion The methods of Chinese medicinal materia by DNA molecular markers need to develop and improve.
