巴戟天雌激素样作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨巴戟天的雌激素样作用。方法 60只雌性ICR小鼠进行腹腔假手术或切除双侧卵巢,随机分为假手术组、去卵巢对照组、尼尔雌醇对照组(0.5 mg/kg)和巴戟天低剂量组(2.5 g/d)、巴戟天中剂量组(5 g/d)和巴戟天高剂量组(10 g/d)。术后连续给药4周,观察各组小鼠子宫质量、体内雌激素水平及子宫组织病理学的差异。结果与模型组比较,巴戟天高剂量给药组能显著增加去卵巢小鼠子宫重量及血清雌二醇含量(P<0.05),减轻子宫萎缩程度。结论巴戟天具有雌激素样作用。Objective To evaluate the potential estrogen-like effect of Morinda officinalis. Methods 60 female ICR mice were sham-operated or ovariectomized and divided randomly into 6 groups： sham-operated group,ovx group,nilestriol therapy group（0.5mg/kg）,low-dose Morinda officinalis group（2.5g/d）,middle-dose Morinda officinalis group（5g/d） and high-dose Morinda officinalis group（10g/d）.The mice were given drugs orally for 4 weeks.The uterus weights and serum estrogen level and histopathology of uterus were detected. Results The uterus weight and serum estradiol content of ovarietomized mice in high-dose Morinda officinalis group was significantly higher than those of ovx group,and the degree of uterus atrophy was reduced. Conclusion Morinda officinalis has estrogen-like effect.
