摘　　要：目的测定酢浆草不同提取物中总黄酮的含量。方法以异荭草素为标准品,采用分光光度法测定酢浆草提取物中总黄酮的含量。结果异荭草素在10.096～80.768μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为98.7%,RSD为1.70%。结论方法灵敏度高、稳定性好,可用于酢浆草提取物的质量控制。Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in extract of Oxalidis corniculatae. Methods The content of total flavonoids in the extract of Herba Oxalidis corniculatae was determined by spectrophotometry with isoorientin as standard substance. Results The linear range of isoorientin were within the range of 10.096～80.768μg/ml.The average recovery was 98.7%（RSD =1.70%,n=6）. Conclusion The method is of high sensitivity and good stability,and it is applicable for the quality control of extract of Oxalidis Corniculatae.
