摘 要:目的测定石刁柏药材及不同提取物中总皂苷的含量。方法在国内首次以石刁柏皂苷为标准品,采用分光光度法测定石刁柏药材及不同提取物中总皂苷的含量。结果石刁柏皂苷在4.25~34μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;石刁柏药材及提取物的平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.1%、100.3%,RSD分别为1.57%、1.99%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,为石刁柏的进一步开发利用提供相应的实验依据。Objective To determine the content of total saponin in Cacumen Asparagi Officinalis Subterraneum and its extracts. Methods The content of total saponin in Cacumen Asparagi Officinalis Subterraneum and its extracts was determined by UV spectrophotometry with aspargoside as standard substance. Results The linear range of aspargoside were within the range of 4.25~34μg/ml.The average recovery of Cacumen Asparagi Officinalis Subterraneum and its extracts was 99.1%(RSD=1.57%),100.3%(RSD=1.99%). Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and it can provide the corresponding experimental basis for the further development and utilization of asparagus.
