摘  要:目的介绍近年来缓控释制剂体外释放度的研究进展,为展开中药缓控释制剂研究提供参考。方法查阅国内外有关文献,介绍《美国药典》中测定体外释放度的的装置、方法及应用实例,阐述释放介质中离子及离子强度对释放度的影响和中药缓释制剂复杂成分的均衡释放研究现状,对缓控释制剂体外释放度实验进行总结和归纳。结果往复筒法、流通池法可评价化学药缓控释制剂质量并预测其体内效应,建立良好的体内外相关性。结论往复筒法、流通池法对中药缓控释制剂的研究具有重要借鉴意义。Objective To introduce the progress in the researches on in-vitro release of sustained and controlled release preparations in order to offer some information for the development of sustained and controlled release preparations of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Access to domestic and foreign literature,installations,methods and examples for testing in vitro release rate of sustained and controlled release preparations in the United States Pharmacopeia were introduced.The degree of the release affected by ions and ionic strength in release medium and the recent research of sustained-release preparation of the Traditional Chinese medicine of balance-release of the complex ingredients were described.In vitro release test for sustained and controlled release preparations were summarized and induced. Results Reciprocating cylinder and flow through cell can evaluate the quality of sustained and controlled release preparations of chemical medicines,predict its effect in vivo and establish a good in vivo-vitro correlation. Conclusion Reciprocating cylinder and flow through cell are very important devices for measuring the in vitro release of sustained and controlled release preparations,which is useful for the development of sustained release drug delivery system in traditional Chinese medicine.
