摘　　要：目的对茯苓药材的野生资源、生态环境、培育菌种、栽培技术、产量分布、销售价格等进行系统调查,为茯苓药材的规范化种植及其可持续开发利用提供科学依据。方法通过查阅文献、请教专家、访问座谈、实地调查等方法,对湖北、湖南、河南、贵州、广西、云南、浙江、安徽等8省12个地区的茯苓药材进行资源调查,整理其生态环境、栽培技术、培育菌种、产量分布和销售价格等调研资料。结果茯苓药材野生资源极少,濒临灭绝;各地种植茯苓因生态环境、栽培技术、繁殖菌种等因素影响,其药材质量和产量的因素差异较大。结论为了保证茯苓药材的质量和可持续开发利用,亟待保护茯苓野生资源和规范茯苓药材种植。Objective Resources,ecological environment,cultivating species,cultivation techniques,production distribution and prices of Poria wild herbs were systematically investigated to provide a basic data for standardized cultivation and sustainable utilization of Poria. Methods The natural resources of poria 12 regions of 8 provinces were surveyed by the methods of consulting literature material,consulting experts,visit forum,field investigation,and so on,and the date of ecological environment,cultivating technology,cultivating.Bacteria,the distributing of output and selling price were collected. Results The resources of Poria wild herbs were very rare and in the edge of extinction.The factors of ecological environment、cultivating technology、cultivating bacteria which affecting the quality and the production of poria medicine was very different. Conclusion To ensure the quality and sustainable development of Poria wild resources,protection and regulation of Poria cocos medicinal plant is in need.
