摘  要:针对套管变形修复技术中机械整形(冲胀和磨铣工艺)普遍存在损伤套管、牺牲套管厚度、修整尺寸小、施工周期长和成本高等问题,研制了液压式套管滚珠整形器。该整形器采用变径钢珠滚压套管内壁的设计,将以往常规机械整形的面接触变为点接触,可大幅增加胀压力,且不损伤套管;中心轴内含短行程的设计确保钢珠胀管突出后能够适量缩回,防止作业管柱卡井;泄压后提放管柱工具可复位,可以实现长距离连续整形;应用小修作业机和泵车即可实施作业。该整形器在现场应用中收到很好的效果。Owing to such problems as casing damage, casing thickness loss, small dressing dimensions, long construction cycle and high costs universally existing in mechanical shaping (i.e. swelling and milling technologies) of casing deformation repair technology, the hydraulic casing ball shaper was developed. The shaper adopts the design of variable diameter steel ball rolling on the casing inner wall. It changes the surface contact of the previous ordinary mechanical shaping into the point contact, which can increase expansion pressure remarkably but which does not damage casing. The design of the short stroke in the central shaft ensures that the steel ball-expanded casing can retract properly after its protrusion. It prevents the operation string from freezing in the well, and the tool can be reset by tripping the string after pressure relief, thus long-distance continuous shaping can be achieved. The operation can be carried out by well servicing unit and pump truck. The field application of the shaper has achieved very good effects.
