摘  要:目的研究党参3种炮制品的HPLC指纹图谱,为党参的炮制工艺的质量控制提供可靠方法。方法采用HPLC-DAD,对10个批次的党参饮片、粉体中间品及粉粒成品做了较全面的指纹图谱研究。色谱条件:Phenomenex C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.05%磷酸水为流动相进行二元梯度洗脱;柱温30℃;检测波长268 nm;流速0.8 ml.min-1。结果利用中南大学"中药指纹图谱分析系统/数据库"分析实验结果,建立了共有模式,并对党参饮片、中间品和成品进行了相似度分析。结论党参炮制品相似度为(0.981 4±0.013 0)(均值±标准方差),同时比较和分析了三类党参样本间的异同,提出了一种评价中药材炮制工艺的方法。Objective To study the HPLC fingerprints of 3 kinds of Radix Codonopsis processed products and to provide a responsible processing approach for this herb.Methods By using HPLC-DAD,this study compared and analyzed Radix Codonopsis from 10 different localities and its intermediate material and end product.The separation was performed on a Phenomenex C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5 μm) with linear gradient elution.The mobile phase consisted of 0.05% phosphoric(5) acid solution and acetonitrile at the flow rate of 0.8 ml·min-1.The column temperature was at 30 ℃,UV detection wavelength was at 268 nm.Results By a special system named Extendable Data base for Quality Assessment of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine,samples were examined to generate a mean global chromatogram and the similarity among Radix Codonopsis slice,intermediate material and end product was also calculated.Conclusion The similarity was 0.9814±0.0130(mean±standard),and the similarities and differences of the 3 kinds of samples were analyzed.This method shows the stability of Radix Codonopsis from 10 different places and can provide scientific basis for Radix Codonopsis purchasing and processing.
