平性药对LPS所致淤热互结证大鼠微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的观察10味平性药和5味寒性药对血淤证大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。方法灌胃给药,14 d,末次药后1 h,麻醉,除正常组外,其余各组尾静脉注射内毒素6 mg/kg,90 min后,观察各组大鼠肠系膜的血流速度、血管管径、毛细血管网交点计数。结果与模型组比较,10味平性药组和5味寒性药组均可提高微循环血流速度(P<0.01);除平性药蒲黄低剂量组外,其余各平性药组和寒性药组均可增加网交数(P<0.05或P<0.01);平性药桃仁、苏木、银杏叶、血竭、三棱、王不留行、蒲黄高剂量组、合欢皮低剂量组及寒性药大黄和丹参均可扩张微血管管径(P<0.05或0.01)。结论对内毒素所致微循环障碍的作用,10味平性药和5味寒性药均可提高微循环血流速度并增加网交数;平性药桃仁、苏木、银杏叶、血竭、三棱、王不留行、蒲黄、合欢皮及寒性药大黄和丹参可扩张微血管管径。Objective To observe the effects of ten kinds of Chinese herbs of neutral nature and five kinds Chinese herbs of cold nature on mesenteric microcir culation of blood stasis syndrome rats.Methods Rats were intragastrically administered various drugs for 14 days,1 hour after last administration,except blank group,the other groups were injected with LPS（6mg/kg）via tail vein.90 minutes later,the microcirculation blood flow speed,capillary network junction and microvascular diameter were observed.Results Compared with model group,ten Chinese herbs of neutral nature and five Chinese herbs of cold nature could increase the microcirculation blood flow speed（P0.01）,except Pollen Typhae low dose group,the other Chinese herbs of neutral nature and Chinese herbs of cold nature could increase Capillary network junction（P0.05 or 0.01）;Chinese herbs of neutral nature Peach Kernel,lignum sappan,Ginkgo Biloba,dragon＇s blood,Rhizome parganii,seed of cowherb,Typha orientalis,bark of Albizzia and cold medicine Rhubarb,Salvia could dilate Microvascular Diameter（P0.05 of 0.01）.Conclusion To the microcirculation disturbance of blood stasis syndrome rats,ten kinds of Chinese herbs of neutral nature and five kinds of Chinese herbs of cold nature can increase the microcirculation blood flow speed and capillary network junction.Chinese herbs of neutral nature Peach Kernel,lignum sappan,Ginkgo Biloba,dragon＇s blood,Rhizome sparganii,seed of cowherb,Typha orientalis,bark of Albizzia and cold medicine Rhubarb,Salvia can dilate microvascular diameter.
