摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定陈皮、青皮药材中辛弗林含量的方法,为陈皮、青皮药材质量控制标准的完善及两药功效差异物质基础的阐明提供依据。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(水中含0.06%磷酸及0.1%十二烷基硫酸钠):55-45;检测波长224 nm;流速0.7 ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果辛弗林在0.295~2.36μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.20%(n=5),RSD=1.22%。结论该方法准确、简便,具有良好的重复性和稳定性。陈皮与青皮药材中辛弗林含量存在显著性差异,青皮(未成熟果皮)辛弗林含量较陈皮(成熟果皮)高。Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of synephrine content Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride,provide a basis for the quality control standards and clarify the material basis of effect differences between the two herbs.Methods HPLC was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 analytical column(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-water(0.06% Phosphate and 0.1%SDS is added)(55-45) was used as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 224 nm,the flow rate was 0.7 ml/ min,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The synephrine showed a good linearity within the range of 0.295~2.36μg,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 99.20%(n=5),RSD=1.22%.Conclusion The developed method is rapid,accurate with high repeatability.The results shows that there is significant difference for synephrine content in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride,and the synephrine content in the former one is higher than the latter one.
