正交实验优选石菖蒲挥发油提取工艺

摘　　要：目的采用正交实验法优选石菖蒲挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法,以挥发油收率为指标,以石菖蒲药材粒度、加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间为影响因素进行正交实验。结果最佳提取工艺条件为饮片加8倍量水,浸泡2 h,提取6 h。结论通过验证实验,表明所选的工艺条件可行。Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in Acorus tatarinowii Schot by orthogonal design.Methods Using the recovery rate of volatile oil as indicator and graininess of Acorus tatarinowii Schot medical material,quantity of water,soaking time and extraction time as affecting factors,the orthogonal experiment was conducted.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows： cut crude drugs were soaked in 8 times water for 2 h,distilled for 6 h with vapour.Conclusion The process is feasible and useful for the study of Acorus tatarinowii Schot.
