摘 要:目的通过比较不同的辅料在流化床一步制粒中的载药量、制得颗粒的性质,寻找出适合中药提取液前处理过程的辅料。方法通过流化床顶喷装置,分别以各辅料为底物,丹参流浸膏为粘合剂进行一步制粒,并比较各辅料的载药量、制得颗粒的流动性、可压性、吸湿性以及粒径和粒径分布。结果优化微晶纤维素Prosolv SMCC的载药量最大,所制得的颗粒可压性好,粒径分布适当,流动性和吸湿性比除甘露醇以外的其余辅料好。结论优化微晶纤维素是中药流浸膏前处理过程的理想辅料。Objective To find proper excipients in pre-processing of traditional Chinese medicine by comparing the drug load of different excipients and the resulting granules properties through fluid-bed granulation.Methods Compare the drug load of different excipients,flowability,compactibility,moisture absorption size distribution of the granules developed by top-spray fluid-bed granulator using Danshen extract as binder.Results Silicified microcrystalline cellulose(Prosolv SMCC) had the highest drug load,the resulting granules presented the best the compactibility and proper size distribution while the flowability was best and moisture absorption was the lowest except mannitol.Conclusion Silicified microcrystalline cellulose is the best in all compared excipients in this study in pre-processing of traditional Chinese medicine.
