摘　　要：针对功效——中药药性组合的关联性问题,采用单味药作为研究载体,在明确单味药所发挥功效的基础上,通过整理2005年版《中华人民共和国药典》中关于单味药药性与功效的数据记载,利用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则算法,从单味药层面,得到各功效所对应的药性组合,获得相同功效的药味在药性组合层面的共性规律。基于已知的经验知识,对上述共性规律进行分析验证。此研究以"功效-药性组合"为主线开展中药药性、功效系统性研究,全面阐述中药药性、功效的关联性,对解析中药方剂的药性组合配伍特征具有重要意义。The exploration on the Chinese herbal nature has been one of the important subjects in the theoretical research of Chinese Medicine.Focusing on the single property or two properties could not reveal the internal law systematically.In this paper,we propose to study the relationship between function and Chinese herbal nature combination based on the traditional record by data mining.The data of the Chinese herbal nature and function were collected from the 2005 edition of The People＇s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia.319 effects were found and the definite link between function and Chinese herbal nature combination were discovered by association rules.From the rules we found the common Chinese herbal nature combinations of several herbs of one same function.The results will be helpful to reveal the connotation of Chinese herbal nature theory.What＇s more,the results will be beneficial to developing the new Chinese herbal medicine and improving the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine.
