盐炙法在中药炮制中的药效学研究

摘　　要：盐炙法是传统的中药炮制方法,目前研究较多。文章对其药效学的研究进行了归纳总结。盐炙法可引药入肾,同时增强药物作用,如温肾壮阳、镇痛、缩尿、止泻、滋阴以及现代药理作用降糖、调节骨代谢等,还可减轻药物燥毒,使药物达到更好疗效。The method of stir-baking medicine with salt solution is a traditional processing method for Chinese medicine,which can lead medicine to kidney,strengthen functions of medicine,such as warming kidney to invigorate ＂yang＂,relieving pain,arresting polyuria,checking diarrhea,nourishing ＂yin＂ as well as modern pharmacologic actions,like lowering blood glucose and regulating bone metabolism etc.,and alleviate toxic dryness of medicine according to the pharmacodynamics research,resulting in good therapeutic effect of medicine.
