壮医皮肤针联合七宝美髯汤加减治疗复发性斑秃的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察壮医皮肤针联合七宝美髯汤加减治疗复发性斑秃的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将符合条件的100例复发性斑秃患者分为两组:观察组口服七宝美髯汤加减,壮医皮肤针叩击脱发处,同时外涂自制生发酊;对照组口服七宝美髯汤加减,同时外涂自制生发酊,3个疗程后比较疗效。结果观察组在疗程结束时总有效率为94.0%,明显优于对照组的80.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.01),起效时间观察组比对照组缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.05),复发率较对照组低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论壮医皮肤针联合七宝美髯汤治疗复发性斑秃疗效肯定,且起效快,复发率低。ObjectiveTo investigate the efficiency of skin acupuncture of Zhuang traditional medicine combined with longevity decoction in the treatment of recurrence of alopecia areata.Methods100 patients with recurrence of alopecia areata were divided into two groups randomly.Observer group：take modified longevity decotion,treat with skin acupuncture of Zhuang traditional medicine in the area where hair lost,then smear germinal tincture;Control group：take hair growth tablets,and use skin acupuncture of Zhuang traditional medicine and germinal tincture as observer group.Compare the effect after 3 periods of treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group after treatment was 94.0%,better than that of control group（80.0%）,and the difference was obvious（P〈0.01）;the onset time in observation group was shorter than control group,and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）,the recurrence rate of observation group was also lower than that of control group,and the difference was obvious（P〈0.01）.ConclusionSkin acupuncture of Zhuang traditional medicine combined with modifid longevity decoction is effective for the treatment of recurrent alopecia areata,and has rapid onset time,low recurrence.
