摘　　要：目的探索从金银花中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,应用正交实验,优化金银花总黄酮的提取工艺。结果 最佳提取工艺为10倍量75%乙醇提取3次,1 h/次。结论 该提取工艺条件简单、稳定、可行。Objective To study and optimize the extraction procedure of total flavonoids from Lonicera Japonica Thunb..Methods The orthogonal design was used with the content of flavonoids in Lonicera Japonica Thunb.as index.Results The best extraction technology was 10 times amount of 75% ethanol,1.0 hour of reflux,and 3 times of extraction.Conclusion The procedure is simple,stable and efficient.
