地锦草提取物及其有效部位化学成分的初步研究

摘　　要：目的对地锦草提取物及其有效部位进行化学成分初步研究。方法采用薄层色谱法、沉淀反应或颜色反应对地锦草水提液、乙醇提取液、石油醚提取液及地锦草有效部位进行化学成分系统预试,对其化学成分进行分析鉴别。结果 实验表明,地锦草不同提取物和有效部位中黄酮及其苷、糖及其苷类、香豆素、蒽醌类、三萜、甾体、鞣质、酚性成分、有机酸等反应均呈阳性结果。结论 该研究提示地锦草提取物和有效部位可能含有的化学成分的种类,为地锦草化学成分及其开发利用提供了实验基础。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia humifusa.Methods Used the method of systematic pretest and TLC to identify the ethanol extract,water extract and ligroin extract.Results It showed that Euphorbia humifusa might contain flavone and their glycosides,carbohydrates and their glycosides,coumarin,anthraquinones,triterpene,steroids,tannin,phenols and organic acids.Conclusion The research shows the kinds of the chemical compositions of extract and effective fraction in the Euphorbia humifusa and the results of priliminary test provide evidence for further study of the chemical compositions and developing of Euphorbia humifusa.
