维胃方对实验性胃溃疡大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶活力及丙二醛含量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察维胃方对实验性胃溃疡大鼠血清SOD活力及MDA含量的影响,探讨其治疗胃溃疡的可能机制。方法利用冰醋酸制备实验性胃溃疡大鼠模型,予维胃方及雷尼替丁治疗7 d后观察胃粘膜大体标本,计算溃疡面积,测量血清SOD活力及MDA含量。结果 胃粘膜大体标本观察发现,用药组溃疡愈合良好;与模型组和自愈组相比,中剂量的维胃方可明显促进溃疡愈合,减小溃疡面积(P<0.01),提高血清SOD活力(P<0.05),降低血清MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论 维胃方对大鼠实验性胃溃疡具有良好的治疗作用,其治疗机制可能与清除氧自由基,提高血清SOD活力,降低MDA含量有关。Objective To investigate the effect of Weiweifang on SOD activity and MDA content in serum of experimental rats with gastric ulcer,and to study the possible mechanism for therapy of stomach ulcer.Methods The gastric ulcer in rats was induced by acetic acid and treated with Weiweifang and Ranitidine separately for 7 days,the gastric mucosa was observed,area of ulcer was measured and the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in serum were detected.Results The ulcer in treatment group healed well.Compared with model group and self-healing group,middle dose of Weiweifang could promote the healing of gastric ulcer,reduce areas of ulcers observably（P0.01）,improve the activity of SOD（P0.05） and decrease the content of MDA significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion There is evident therapeutic effect of Weiweifang on the experimental gastric ulcer in rats,and its mechanism might be related to scavenging oxygen free radical,improving the activity of SOD and decreasing the content of MDA.
